  • Getting the Stragglers Out

Before diving headfirst into my 'Alien Invasion' scenario, I'm determined to get my four close-to-complete scens out into a finished form. These scens mostly only need events to be finished, flavour text editing, and probably a bit more playtesting. These four are:
    -'Empire of the Rising Sun'
    -'The Korean War'
-'The Rise of the Third Reich' (it has a discussion thread and only needs finished events, flavour text editing, and playtesting, but is otherwise unreleased)
-'A Line in the Sand' (the former MGE scen 'the Contemporary Middle East' converted to ToT, with more units and expanded {and updated} events, which still need finishing, as well as flavour text and playtesting).
I hope to get all four out in the next few months.

    Korea

Is the Korean war one about the 1950s war or a hypothetical modern one?
Also is it MGE or ToT?
Please say 1950s MGE, please, please

I can say half, I'm afraid. 1950's ToT. If you can pick up a ToT, all the new scens make it well worth the cost and effort.

As much fun as MGE can and has been over the years, it would be too bad to see the cuts in content and graphics that would have to be made to KW for it to make the move to MGE.

Say, Curt, I'll eventually need that Ju-488 and Me P-1110 I'd approached you about some time ago if I'm to release the final version of RotTR, which is on the above list as almost done. I'll also need a Soviet 76mm Artillery and 122mm Artillery for KW, as I'm currently using old Nemo's. Can anyone help with those?

Sheesh, there are 63,398 potential players for FTG

BTW, did you get the units? My e-mail account is down...

                    Sweet
Thanks Techumseh. Quick question, what is the largest map size you are able to build for ToT, I know the original CiVII was 10,000sq and there was a mod that allowed 32,000sq. Is this the case with ToT?
I hope so cuz I loooove big maps!
                    Cheers mate

I'm currently playtesting my current version of EotRS. I've noticed that subs now scramble to intercept attacking aircraft, even though their role is not air superiority. As well, I think that AA guns are too powerful versus land units, which isn't too terribly realistic. I may use the SAM improvement instead and use that slot for something else (any ideas?).

                        @Patine:

                        Old chap,
While I would like to help you out with those advanced Luftwaffe units,
I am uber-swamped with 2D work at the moment, and will not be covering
any CIV art beyond what I need for BFIII till the end of the month.

My advice would be to shelf all projects, apart from the one that is
nearest completion, and then launch full-on into getting it finished.

The best policy is always to deal with one scenario at a time...

Alright, given it's the oldest, I've decided to get EotRS out in top line first. I've done my initial playtest of version 1.2, but I'm not nearly as good a player as many on this forum, so the Yanks spanked my behind. I need someone (AGRICOLA?) to playtest this version so I know what still needs to be done. Because I haven't yet figured out the SL wiki, I'm posting it (sans sounds) in three seperate .zip files. I hope someone will try this for me, as I'd like to finally call this a finished product.
