The Altera Centauri collection has been brought up to date by Darsnan. It comprises every decent scenario he's been able to find anywhere on the web, going back over 20 years.

Just to show I haven't been completely lazy with Civ2, here's some shots showing progress on this utility. These have been cropped to fit postings restrictions. Still haven't done anything more than tests of individual sections, long ago before the current edits in the spreadsheet...
The UNITS tab covers @UNITS, @UNITS_ADVANCED, & @SOUNDS. It also contains tips and in some cases, prevents illegal settings (e.g. 0 hp). It's too wide to post in one shot, so I've split it.
The TERRAIN tab combines all @TERRAINx sections and rearranges how specials are viewed.
LEADERS tab covers @LEADERS, @LEADERS2. This screenie shows how Excel's data validation can give instructions for legal entries. Likewise, CIVILIZE tab merges @CIVILIZE & @CIVILIZE2 (no screenie).
The Map_Xport tab covers information in @MAP_TRANSPORT_RELATIONSHIPS and @RIVERS
I'm plugging your Pomarj values into the template. When that's done, I'll send it your way to test in your scenario. If it works, I'll send the Excel file your way.
