I believe there used to be a dedicated forum for multiplayers. I'm not sure what happened to it. But stick around for a while. I'm sure Rah or one of the other MP enthusiasts will be around soon and suggest how you can meet other players.

you should sign up for ICQ or MSN those are the most commonly used IM by Civ players.
