Amazing scenario!
I was wondering, how to get around two issues for SP:
1). NATO or WARPAC (when AI) keep attacking Non-Aligned (barbarians) after a few turns seemingly forgetting their alliance. Is there a way to avoid that?
2) How are proxy wars (great idea btw) conducted in SP?
