The indian didn't trigger the event, a familiar problem from the other pbem, so I ran delevent and replayed. Let's hope this doesn't become a continuing problem, because running delevent is a bad sollution.

As a matter of fact, limited colonial wars would make this PBEM more interesting and fun to play.

Btw, one question about the rules, or rather a rule and if you want to have it implemented:

Should artillery units only be allowed to be built in size 8 colonies or European cities, or should all cities be allowed to build them?

If you ask me, all cities should be able to build them.
