Asian Ascendency

I've recently finished a graphics/rules update of my old 'History of Asia' eight-part scenario series, all of which are optimized for multi-player play (it's far more fun than SP, trust me). I want to give the eighth and last one, Asian Ascendency, a try in a PBEM. It runs from 1990 to a hypothetical 2010 in East Asia and the Pacific. There are seven players, but I thought we'd leave the Neutrals as an AI (thus six human players). Ignore the part in the intro text about Hong Kong starting Chinese; I thought we'd make the handover an issue of play in '97, depending on Western-Chinese relations at that time and the players. I've included all files needed to play this specific scenario. If anyone wishes to sign up, please do. I'll be playing China.
