If you guys want to get this going, I can take both China and the Rogues. I don't think there will be much of a conflict of interest since China does tend to support the Rogue states around the world - it's the guarantor of Myanmar and North Korea and is balking at sanctions against Iran. It also supports other socialist states such as Venezuela and Cuba. It's not the ideal situation, but it could help get this PBEM off the ground. We can keep advertising the position of the Rogue states or China anyway. Seeing a fun game going on might help draw someone else here.

ok. it´s not the best option, but could work out... at least for a few turns till we get another player.

I feel a bit uncomfortable about the idea.. It just doesn't work with a scenario like this. Allies and USA could go together, but Rogues and China.. Ok, it is more likely than EU and China, but there could be conflicts.
