Changing a Civ Leader's Name Mid-Game

Is this at all possible by any known means? Even if it's a 'static' (unchanged) AI leader, not a human one? Does anyone know how and if this feat can be accomplished?

As far as I know not possible without having to reload the game. But I guess you cna manually change it quite easily by loading it into a hex editing program.

But if this is for your Third Reich scenario where Allied leaders change from 33 to whenever, you can solve this by simply having foreign countries ruled by "Prime Minister" and the title to Mr., so it would be Mr. Prime Minister of the British or something. Or 'Der' as title for Nazi Germany and 'Führer' as name.
