ToT events editor

I was wondering if there was an editor of sorts for ToT.
I do know there is no official one. And i can't recall finding any 2 years ago. Then came the olympics and the army. Was wondering if anything changed. I simply do not know the full potential of the ToT events engine to manually write them.

Nope, don't think so. There is a description of the events language commands in macro.txt in the ToT directory though.
