fantastic worlds VS. MGE

I know this has probably been mentioned several times before but I can't find the thread for it.

Is the "aggressive AI" in both the fantastic worlds add-on and the MGE? Or is it only in MGE?

IIRC from reading other threads, the aggressive AI is only in MGE.
