He kicked my ass the other day, about 50 cities to my 30 or so when I retired (I had some good wonders but so did he and he was about to build Mike's Chapel). I was supposed to build us a map to play on tonight but I'm tired and distracted. I did build a map but I'm not really satisfied with it.
I have so many issues to be dealing with in my life right now, my focus for Civ has gone to sh!t in the last few days. Still, I love the game and eventually I will play a few more games with Eyes.
We'd probably get along well in real life. I admire ambition and mastery.
For monetary and "self-evolutionary" reasons I must find a way to channel my focus into new venues. Civ II will always have a special place in my heart though and I hope in the coming months to play at least three or four more excellent games.

"I thought you must be dead ..." he said simply. "So did I for a while," said Ford, "and then I decided I was a lemon for a couple of weeks. A kept myself amused all that time jumping in and out of a gin and tonic."
Cold, it's great to see you again buddy...are you going to play this go round????

Don't confuse votes for like. Its like Time's Person of the Year thing. Its all about who has had the most impact. Even Hitler got person of the year from Time magazine.
It is in that spirit that I dutifully cast my ballot for Eyes every round.

oz, it kinda hurts my feelings that my "impact" didn't deserve your vote....

But yea, I had to pick one of you, Eyes was eviler. You were always a halfway decent guy. I was actually thinking I'd start throwing some votes your way once Berzerker gets in.
