Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
btw, I just did some math and some thinking. If the first three people there get elected (no doubt), and if the oldest vote drops off (the one in brackets), then that would put Berz in first going into the next round of voting.

That's how the rules work, right? Maybe I'm wrong...
But if that's how it works, here is the new listing (assuming no more votes). The number by everyone's name is the place they were (not counting the top 3) before the bracket number dropped out.
4. Berzerker- (23) (43) (41) 35—142
1. Master Zen- (20) (36) (33) 53—140
6. Theseus- (25) (35) (33) 40—133
5. Dr Strangelove- (14) (20)(52) 43---129
2. Immortal Wombat- (21) (23) ( 40) 41—127
8. loinburger- (18) (22)(38) 48----126
3. Yaroslav- (18) (13) (52) 37—122
10. La Fayette- (13) (30) (30) 38----111
7. Jasev- (16) (16) (42) 34—108
9. Harlan- (19) (13) (41) 23--- 96
13. OzzyKP- (19) (18) (30) 26----93
11. WesW- (30) (24) (23) 15--93
12. Skanky Burns- (17) (23) (20) 30—92
14. Fez/Giancarlo- (29) (18)(17) 7-- 82
15. DrSpike- (7) (20) (29) 23—79
16. Kassiopeia- (10) (17) (25) 27----79
18. Pekka- (10) (16) (30) 20 ---76
19. Dominae- (19) (27) (15) 12—75
17. Jamski- (16) (20) (14) 23---73

I don't think any of the votes will be dropped. Unless somebody doesn't get a single vote during an election period, all past votes carry over. Unless the rules change again
Ming's right- the last bracket is remaining at least through the next election- I'll consider whether it's fair to drop it come december, and looking at that chart, it appears fair, but I'll hear arguments from both sides. Thanks for the listing Ozzy. IT's a good statistic and service.

My personal predictions on elections (whic I'll cite here since most OTers don'twander in here and I don't want to effect the election is that
Master Zen and Yaroslav or Master Zen and Berzerker are making it in next election. The spanish lobby, if they had organized themselves better, could have put 60 votes toward a single person. If you'll notice, they can make a person go from 0-30 in one election, quite easily. And Yaroslav and Jasev are mostly built on Spanish votes. Id say that 90% are. Master Zen is about 40% Spanish/60% diplogames. The spanish lobby is in some ways more powerful than the OT lobby since it's more focused in its plans for election.
But as always the OT lobby has power. I figure Berzerker wil manage 50 votes easy- though Dr. Strangelove might win on the populism vote with about 60-80... and loinburger will be the "good and fun-guy factor" that Ted Striker currently was. Therefore he could manage 90 quite easily, thereby stealing the election.
Theseus will manage another 40 or 50 due to the Civ III lobby.
Harlan and WesW will continue their decline (possibly)
And that's my simulcast

Ok, my mistake, I knew that in the past old votes had dropped off.
Thanks for the great HoF election night analysis
There are many big questions left unanswered though, which forums will go red and which blue? How many electoral votes does MOO3 have? Who will benefit from increased turnout in the swing forums of CivIII? Will the special courting by either side of The Spanish Civilization Site forum pay off? What about the flyover country of GalCiv, RoN, and CtP, could they be a factor in this election? Has the OT vote been taken for granted? Will they revolt, or stay 'enslaved' to one party? What of rumors of electioneering in the Civ2 forum? Could we end up with another disputed election like before?
Important questions indeed.

Well Oz, as a seasoned commentator on these things, from the first election of Dec 2000 until today, here's my opinion...
Who will benefit from increased turnout in the swing forums of CivIII?
Well, as for who will benefit, the answer is, as always Theseus. Dominae suffered a bit in this election, as did Aeson and Arrian who had long enjoyed electoral gains. However, some of the lowest turnout occurs in the Civ III section. Why- the reason is unknown- perhaps the newbies just don't understand the purpose of the election? Perhaps they just don't understand the site enough to vote? Or perhaps, because they're youngsters, they follow the American electorate and apathetically will deal with whoever wins election?
On a more serious note- Civ IV might effect the election, but that is doubtful as well. In the Civ IV section, we've only received maybe 4 voters in the past 3 elections- and 2 of those voters were Nikolai, who could have just as easily voted in the AC/Community section.
Could we end up with another disputed election like before?
One would hope not... One would also hope that we don't run into the notyoueither debacle of bad vote tallying where a tie was effected, but not realized until 3 days after the final election results were posted... however, faulty vote tallying machines are as always a concern.
Has the OT vote been taken for granted? Will they revolt, or stay 'enslaved' to one party?
Not too much worries on this front, OT voting has steadily increased every round including this one (to the best of my knowledge) Ot spam has also gone significantly down.
What is troubling however, is that voting petered off much faster this election than in any previous. In the past 4 days, there have been perhaps 8 votes- 6 of which were from the Civ II sections.
Will the special courting by either side of The Spanish Civilization Site forum pay off?
Almost certainly for the Blue side. The Spanish would never elect an American republican.
How many electoral votes does MOO3 have?
Along with GalCiv, RoN and GalCiv II, they have 0 as a result of no one actually ever voting in those sections
Therefore, due to apathy, they will have little effect in the election.
As another observation, hinted at earlier- the Civ III power-bloc of 2002-2003 has gone stagnant. Very few civ III players vote, are present on the forums, or elect 'one of their own'. Trip was the last to make it in. Master Zen, when he is elected will be a second. Paddy the Scot would count- except for the fact that he's getting votes for diplogaming, and being everywhere on the site, not Civ III work per se. It's interesting how the peak has fallen so that their bloc is weaker than even the ancient Civ II bloc.
What of rumors of electioneering in the Civ2 forum?
err... deny. deny!

DC... thanks for taking the time to make lengthy responses in the Civ II MP forum. While it is no longer the powerhouse it once was, it can still impact the races
