Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
Seeing how curtsibling made an effort to give each country's infantry their own type of rifle (to an extent, I think), I decided to spruce up some of fairline's WW2 GI pics...
(Sadly, my Photoshop crashed before I could save it as a BMP. )
Top marks for Italians (the best Italian units I've seen)
"Dilexi iustitiam, odivi iniquitatem, propterea morior in exilio" [PAPA GREGORIUS VII +1085] - ("He amado la justicia, he odiado la iniquidad, por eso muero en exilio") - ("I loved justice, I hated unfairness, that's why I die in exile") - (J'ai aimé la justice, j'ai détesté l'iniquité, c'est pourquoi je meurs en exil") - ("Ich liebte Gerechtigkeit und hasste Ungerechtigkeit, deshalb sterbe ich im Exil")
very nice units, but i have a little issue. why does Japan have 2 mounted units? Japan had next to no cavalry except for those of Manchukuo & Mongols. the really significant cavalry forces were fielded by nations like Soviet Union, Poland, Romania, Mao and Germany to some extent. Soviets even had two types of cavalry (normal and mountain cavalry) and cavalry was a crucial element of the Soviet Army. then there were also Cossack cavalry and guard cavalry.

I've just compiled the infantry units I've drawn for various scenarios. The Japanese were drawn for Techumseh's Warlords of China scenario; one mtd unit is an officer and the other is a cavalry unit. Both are pre-WW2 in effect.
It'd also be great to see some French, Italian and Japanese tanks and aircraft. It could really expand the scope of theaters available for scenario designers, since most WW2 scenarios are focused on the Eastern and post-Overlord Western Fronts.
