Say, Chris, could I ask one more thing (for now, at least)? I need the RAF, USAAF, Soviet air, and nuclear buttons miniaturized, like you did for Boco, otherwise they won't fit in (the planes I have take up a lot of the box they occupy). If you could do this, I'd be most obliged, as usual.

Well I'm not sure these are totally necessary Patrick, a great many units partially block the shields in unit graphics all the time. Having said that I made these shields up plus a correction of the first Soviet Air Force button shields. Maybe if I have the time in a little bit I will make up all the WW2 shields in small button form as the small buttons seem to be more popular than I thought they'd be.
Also, I have some busy days and likely weeks ahead of me for a while so sadly I might not be able to help out with any flags for a little bit.
Sorry all...
Finally Cyrion, sorry for not getting back to you sooner but YES there is a way to manipulate all the elements you have mentioned. I will get back to you very soon about them all.

Now for that lesson in city graphic placement I had promised. First off there are two sets of dots who's positoin on the green border/frame will determine where the city's flag and size number will be positioned.
First the orange dots circled in red, they indicate the position of the city size number.
Second the blue dots circled in purple indicate the position of the city flag. For best use of the city graphics it might be wise using trial and error to find the best positoin away from the city buildings to position the flag and size number as to not hide the city design or the flag itself.
If anyone has any further information on this topic please feel free to offer it.

Last but not least we have the lesson on flags themselves. Flags have two colour indicators built in, I seem to remember there being a third but its much less important and only indicates the colour of a unit stack.
The pixel being pointed at by the yellow arrows indicate the colour that will apear on any unit shield (as long as the shield isn't coloured over by a custom made shield made by yours truly ) as well as the colour that will apear in the city size display.
The red arrow pointing to the bar of colour just above the green frame/border indicates what colour will be used for the city names, as well as the colour that will represent the cities on the world map in the corner window of your screen.
Once again if anyone has anything else to add to this please don't hesitate.

Thanks a lot Sarsstock: you were at the same time thorough and easy to follow!

Hey, Chris, don't mean to push, but is there any chance I could also get a miniaturized Australian Air Force button shield (a white dot surrounded by a blue circle) and either a miniaturized WW2 Japanese Air Force button shield or (if it's as I suspect and such a separate branch didn't exist, but all aircraft were divided between the IJA and IJN) separate miniaturized Japanese Army and Navy button shields? I'd be most grateful.

Rules are like Egg's. They're fun when thrown out the window!
Difference is irrelevant when dosage is higher than recommended!
