Well, although I've never signed up for the forums, I feel like I know all of you very well. I've been playing civ since civ1 and have followed Apolyton and the evolution of scenario creation since the very beginning. You guys are doing some great work, keep it up! I'd contribute if I had more time.
Anyways, I have a problem with Imperium Romanum. I have played the scenario successfully several times. However, when I recently started playing again I ran into a problem with changing the events. I use the batch file to change the events at 272BC, the correct events are loaded into my scenario folder, but when I go to reload my saved game, the old events are still in use (the scenario title pic does not display and checking the events via event editor show the old events are in use). Any ideas what the problem could be? It's very odd since I have used these files to play the game successfully before. My saved game is entitled, "romans." I mention this b/c I recall in Redfront that you have to name your saved game a specific name or it will not work.
I tried emailing BeBro. The address I have must not be working. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!!!
