hutfinder problem fixed

I had trouble running hutfinder on my new machine, windows-xp-home, service pack 2. It was looking for comdlg32.ocx ,
but here is no winnt/system32 folder which is where it is supposed to go. The proper place seems to be in windows/system32/.
