Here are cities from Mamluk:
Nubian, Umayyad-Abbasid Muslim (the buildings have survived, so it may be used for later periods as well),
Egyptian Muslim, Central-Asian Muslim, Byzantine, Romanesque
(unfortunatelly, it seems my second Byzantine city style, pagan Slavic city style, (ancient Persian city style and) pre-romanesque city style are not available in the net now.
