    * allowed to change capital to protect SpaceShips?

    * no setting up other civs units adjacent to cities protected by SDI?

                Not a good start to our new time, and next week will not be any better, I will be 450km away from my computer and therefore not playing all weekend (70th birthday celebrations for my parents)
