Original Soviet Steel?

Does anyone have the origial Soviet Steel? Usually, I keep all these forgotten favorites, but what happened to it?

I've looked at the different civ sites and I haven't found an old copy of it. Anyhow, anyone have it (and hopefully it's patches?)

Didn't find it there. They had SS2, which I already have (and was playing earlier.)
