To what file should I install the new shell file to. I know it's windows system 32 or something like that but I don't know the symbols or anything.

I got CivII working but where should I unzip downloaded scenarios to?

I simply create a new sub-directory into which I unzip the scenario. Then when I choose to load a scenario, I navigate to this sub-directory.

For my third question in one thread, how do I get Civ II to recognize a .SAV file as a scenario?

by ensuring that the .sav is in the same directory as the scenario files...

In case you were asking a different question ... I think there is a save as scenario option in one of the pop down menus.
