  • I'm back!!!

Hi to eveyone. It has been a long time since my last post here; too many problems prevented me from being an active part of this community. Luckily, most of the problems are over. I'm back and I'm happy to see that the communty has grown, new members have joined and astonishing work is in progress. Long live Apolyton

Oh. A World War II scenario. How original. Wildly innovative.

Have you guys not covered EVERY SINGLE aspect of the war yet? What's left??
Oh, the partisan resistance, I hear the People say. But nobody's doing that.

Oh, a such a dynamic comment. How community-minded!

If these 'People' want it -
Then they are warmly invited to load up CIV and make it.

The more CIV scenarios the better!

              PS
Can you say - 'Red Front'?
I reckon it should have plenty of partisan action.

Those are stunning vessles, Justinianum ... ma mi meraviglio un pochino perché c'è und centrale nucleare al sud di Berlino

Translation: though I am wondering a bit why there is a nuclear power plant south of Berlin

                  Anyway, keep it up

I'll make a panegyric for JimPanse, 'cause he often works hard to write something in Italiano : BRAVO !!!
@Justinian: the look is nice (even I'm not so ww2 super-fan ), however I'm agree with Curt (he's not so "evil" ): the more scenarios, the better.

It sounds like a "1945-Fall of 3rd Reich" (or "Goetterdaemmerung", or "Ende von Dritte Reich") centred on Germany bombed and invaded, while Hitler commands to "last man stand"...
I don't know if that green is the optimal colour for Nazi civ... hey, it's just a nothing

                        *bows down low*

Was there anything wrong about that? My dictionary gave my that centrale nucleare for nuclear power plant ...

And btw, as non-englisch native speakers we have to promote those other languages a bit, don't you think so too?

(I mean, with Curt producing those WW2-era scenarios German is a bit better off than Italian ... )

                        Enough of that off-topic thread-jacking.

@ Justinianum: I suggest you edit the 'river mouths' of those rivers flowing into the Sea because it would be kinda unrealistic to see a King George V classs battlewagon cruising up the Elbe, the Oder or the Spree, don´t you think so too?

Valuk, I think there's nothing wrong in creating another WW2 scenario. Making scens here at Apolyton is not a work, but a way to delight oneself with this wonderful game. I started making this scenario with the idea of a graphic renovation of "Third Reich", but then it evolved a bit and became a larger project. Anyway when it will be finished I'd like to see if players like you who are bored with WW2 scen will find it interesting as well since it should have some features that will make it enjoyable and a bit different from former scens.
