I read his statement like you did Ming, but after re-reading it, I think he was responding to your call for at least one person to vote for Kaak, so he doesn't loose his votes. Eyes voted for him.

Yeah... You're right. Now that you point it out, it's obvious that's what he meant. I just read it in an entirely different fashion

Don't worry, I read it in the same way, and did several times until I realized.

                          Thanks ozzy!

I think we should post credentials and our contribution to the game as active posters before voting occurs. Otherwise it's meaningless just getting someone in.

That's a good idea deity... even though I think what's left of the Civ II MP community already knows

The regular Civ II'ers put on a good effort and solo has moved up the list... And most of us have helped get some of the MP'ers farther up the list this time. Unlike past elections, it looks like none of our candidates will make it this time. But we have been pretty successful in every other election to date. The votes cast this time will make it possible during the next election (I think in December) to put some people in.

Except some of the votes are gonna be erased. Hopefully it won't hurt us too bad.

Or did the votes already get erased? I dunno.

He keeps changing the rules... sometimes I think it's based on what gives him the best chance to get in

But seriously... when he updates the stats, we will see how things stand.
