Need the OCC guide by Paul

Dear Apoltoners,
I need the original OCC guide by Paul van den Belt.
The link in the GL doesn't work any more.
Perhaps one of you has downloaded it.
I#ve got only one German translation, but need also the English original.
If so, please post it here.
