No limits and the NOCD Patch.

Ok so heres the problem im presented with.. and feel free to smack me for asking so many questions today...

Civ 2 cd = broken... hence i cant use a version of civ 2 with a cd.

I like the no limits modified version of the civ2.exe that was created, the only flaw is that it was written to use the CD which i no longer have... Has anyone out there cracked this copy and/or their test of time brother...?

If so is there somewhere I might be able to procure it..?

Civ2 is readily available very cheap ($5) via eBay or probably through any number of game sites or stores. Do you need something besides the regular version?

IIRC the CD check is very primitive - it simply checks for the existence of a file called X:\civ2\civ2.exe - where X is your CD drive - so burn yourself a disk!
