OK, I have the folder with some of the fies (graphics, a few txtx), and when I load the sav, to start using the ingame editor, it crashes. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

The units file had the wrong palette loaded, Go_Postal. I've loaded the civ palette into it; give this a try:
Edit: There was a more fundamental prblem than that when I loaded into civ; I think you hadn't saved in the correct gif format. Are you using Windows Paint? If so, it's entirely rubbish - get yourself PSPLast edited by fairline; January 24, 2004, 06:59.

It's not just the units but all the GIF files, I'm afraid. At least, the Cities.gif too."Son españoles... los que no pueden ser otra cosa" (Cánovas del Castillo)
"España es un problema, Europa su solución" (Ortega y Gasset)

OK, I am using Photoshop Elements 2
How do I fix the current ones, and how do I avoid this in future?
How do I apply palettes? I applied the Civ2 one on Indexed Colour.
And thanks

I've got just a very general question here, what is this scenario about? It looks to be about soviet naval expansion at or around the 1970's to 80's, is that the gist of it?
Also, I'm not sure that's the correct Il-38, I believe the Il-38 marine patrol craft was a standard tail and did not have a protruding cockpit.

I know it isn't, that is just the best pic I could do myself, and it is not that well known, so I thought I could get away with it

Don't get over-excited, this is going to be more cruelsea than soviet steel, and will probably result in the Reds getting whipped

Hadn't thought of that Sarsstock, I do.

So, if the Soviets get whipped, then the playable civ would be NATO, right?Vote Democrat
