Yeah, I finally got a settler across the sea. That city didn't last long. Wish I had rushed that crusader.
I got pinned in a bit too. But that happens on small maps. It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

Oh I'm not saying the spot was a stupid choice - on the contrary, for that matter. I just think you're a stupid face in general and therefore your citizens are inbred mountain goat humpersOriginally posted by Ming

Whale? Why would you use that with perfectly good glacier all over the board?!second, you don't see the whale that I'm using.
I don't like the past tense in that last bit. You've been pinned - and will have a chance to burst your obese civ out in two weeks! But yeah... a close game for a change. I got pinned in with you on one side and rah on the other.

That's the joy of end turn popping units from direct axis squares. It's also why you don't tell your opponent the Senate denied attack until HIS following turnOriginally posted by rah

Traditionally I wait till I get construction before building them.Originally posted by atawa
Was wondering, why dont you build aquaducts
But they do come somewhat quickly afterwards if I'm celebrating or they're getting that large normally. Unless I've got one more round of caravans to kick out before switching.

Yeah, I like to try to select the civ just prior to the person I think I'm going to be picking on.Originally posted by Zylka

If you allready have 2 traderoutes and a market the increase in trade from growth will more then compensate for the missing tradebonus from the route. The payoff also gets a lot biggerOriginally posted by rah
