The fact is, Mombasa and Nairobi are important centres of culture and trade, but bear no significant strategic purpose to Britain.
Likewise, Luderitz, Swakopmund and Windhoek are still no more than glorified military camps, of no significance to Germany economically or strategically.
The transfer of Cape Town is non negotiable.

1) Buildings inside cities must be not destroyed.
2) Civ2Diplomacy for PBEM is gonna be used to do the city changes (so no building will be destroyed).
3) Italy must subscribe the pact (Germany knows that Italy supports it, but we want that Italy will write it down publicly)Trying to rehabilitateh and contribuing again to the civ-community
