When Britain occupied and claimed the lands for the British Empire, the lands were unused by any other country. Under that principle, of right of claim, Britain lays claim to the mountain fortress on the West Kalahari in the best interests of the defence of the British Empire.

It seems that the German demands for international arbitration will not be heard, and Britain will not allow out, on grounds that when the infidel Turks occupied the canal area and illegally occupied other territories in Egypt entrenching in them, no other country spoke out to condemn the Turkish moves and demand withdrawal. International law it a two way road, and neither Germany nor Turkey are traversing it.

To ilegally ocupping German land is a declaration of war. This is the last time German warned Britain: move out the army or the German army will answer. German is tired, VERY tired, of Britan dark moves. In fact, I want to remember all us that Britan promised to go against barbarians, because she is too powerful in this scen. She is now using all their power, and, even more, she has allied with the second most powerful country, France...

France sides with Germany here, we can see no reason to provoke the German nation over the actions of other powers.

We ask our allies to reconsider their stand in this matter.

Britain proposes a trade, to alleviate the tension, of British East Africa in the form of Nairobi and Mombasa in exchange for Deutsche Sudwestafrika in the form of Luderitz, Swakopmund and Windhoek.

Germany will study the offer in detail, but this exchange of three german cities for two british cities doesn't sound fair. However, German is very concerned with peace and equillibrum , and will study in detail the Briatin offer. Germany also want to state that no exchange will be done with the menace of the british army in our border.

The three German cities are of not great size and are of no strategic worth to Germany. The consolidation of Deutsche Ostafrika for Germany would be a great revenue, as would be the consolidation of South Africa to the British Empire. We ask that the Germans make up their minds soon.

First of all, we want to acknowlegde the French effort of Peace. We suggest to Britan a counter treaty: the tree South African cities of Germnay will be exchange for the two english cities of Deustche OstaAfrika AND the city of Cape Coast.
