To the British Government.

El Obeid is a base for barbarian tribes and a menice for the Italian colonies. We have lost too much lives because of barbarian attacks.

If that territory is truly under British influence, the British Empire should bring that terrible attacks to an end in order to ensure a pacific coexistance.

If we do not receive any help or evidence that the hostilities will end, the Italian army will finish the barbarians in El Obeid for once at all.

Britain has dispatched units of the Royal Army to subdue the barbarians in El Obeid. The Italians are welcome to assist, but if the Italians should take the city, Britain will repossess it.
