archivo d3dx9_32.DLL

Me estoy volviendo loco buscando el archivo d3dx9_32.DLL.
Lo he intentado todo, google, Microsoft y todo lo imaginable y nada.
He visto un tread del de la foto de copíto de nieve ( ahora no me acuerdo de su nombre)en el cual tenía el mismo problema.
¿Lo solucionaste?
¿conseguiste el archivo?
¿Cómo?
Me muero de ganas por jugar online contra personas, estoy hasta el gorro de hacerle trampillas al ordenador y ganar siempre.
Agradeceria una ayuda.

Update: It seems the Directx9.0c web installer can have some problems getting some older files at the moment... if you get that problem then you can download this file instead (55MB). When you run it it will ask what dir to extract to. After it finish extracting, you can go to that dir and run the DXSETUP.exe that can be found inside this http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

El archivo .rar no me lo aceptaba pero la intencion es lo que cuenta.
