Le pones el IP local de la maquina que sea el host (la tuya)

Probablemente sea algo como 192.168.0.XXX, tienes que poner el XXX

Te diría que el único problema con hacer esto es que la máquina que queda desmilitarizada no se beneficia del firewall que tiene el router (si tuviera), por lo que recomendaría apagarlo cuando termines.
