500+ threads

I've closed some recent 500+ post threads.
Please be aware that threads aren't supposed to grow above 500 posts. If your thread grows larger, please start a new one!

This has something to do with server performance etc.
DanQ's home may explode if the threads grow to large! Please don't let him die

I decided to only close the threads that were most recent. If I was going to close them all I would end up with a lame hand

After re-establishing a rule one needs to give it some attention. Now that has been done we can soften up a bit again
In the end it's more the responsibility of the thread owner to start a new thread then it's my duty to close all 500+ threads. I'd rather just see them die and sink without closing them.
