I was jsut wondering if any of you have had problems with a CRT monitor before. a few weeks ago the writing became out of foccus when I booted it up and next tiem I used it it was fine. Now everytime I boot it up it is fuzzy. i.e the words are out of focus . I have not fiddled with the monitor controls making the screen bigger or smaller but it has become fuzzy. The monitor is old does anyone have any ideas?

Monitor's do go bad. If it's old, it's probably dying. I've had several get fuzzy, but it never happened instantly.

What is up with this thread? I constantly have to subscribe to it, or the updates stop.
