At this stage the demographics don't mean much. Having more cities than your opponents and getting them productive will sort that out fairly quickly. An early war to expand your empire does wonders for the stats once everything has settled down again.

I'm mostly interested in the approval rate and the health rating. As far as I know, these are not dependent on number of cities but I could be wrong. I want to build lots of nice things for my people but the Greeks are putting on a frowny face so I need to build military.
