this is a foresty kinda world

weird civ thing that happened to me recently... I was loading up civ4 and the background screen appeared as normal except for one little detail... sabrewolf was there! Or rather his little red man avatar. Not the rest of sabrewolf's icon, just the man, and he wasn't moving either, just standing still. Well he disappeared when the game finished loading but it was nice to see him there for a while.

i assume it is a typical windows-graphics-glitch, where the screen doesn't update when the processor is stressed. but programs like internet explorer somehow insist on displaying multimedia stuff...

by the way, i'd be happy to have more forests. although it's not as dry as the sneak attack game, my average tiles are plains and not too much excess food. the forests that qui had were mostly on grassland --> lots of food!

Yea, I was wondering why a would-be AI player showed up in the list right at the start.

Um, sorry about razing Dortmund but the Lumpfolk were terrified they would never taste banana milkshake. I'm afraid they are quite convinced it will do wonders for their health and as pseudo-democratic republic, I am obliged to do anything in my power to acquire it for them.
