I apologize that I am not always able to post. I have some issues on what my boss allows me to use the computer at work for. I can email, play games, and view the intranet all I like. We are just not allowed to visit un-approved sites, such as Apolyton. I have petitioned him to add Apolyton to the approved list.

I too have patched. If need be then this game can wait till you have decided to patch. I am not going to run a dual install on my pc and my laptop. Sorry that I sound so forthright about it, I mean well, but that is the position I am in.

There is something extremely annoying going on in my game. Each turn in my capital it keeps changing a tile worker into a specialist. I do not want an extra specialist (above that afforded by civic choice), I want the food to get the city to grow. Last turn I thought I simply fouled up, but this turn I meticulously checked my labour allocation. How do I turn this automatic change off, considering as it is that all automation options are off? Damnit.

yeah, i've seen this in two other PBEM games already! in one he's forcing me to have 3 specialists, although i turned off all city governors
