I presume ROP rape is impossible or at least against standard rules?

I ask as I want protection, not to use the Civ4 equivalent of rohypnol.

Right of Passage rape: Where you get an agreement to enter someones territory, move a thousand and one forces in there (using their roads and or rail network), and then you can break the agreement and sneak attack. It is countered if breaking an agreement relocates all your units into your nearest city, although that in itself could be exploited.

Rohypnol is a sleeping pill used for less honest purposes, such as in date rape.

Can't imagine that in MP troops wouldn't be relocated when declaring war. They relocate in SP so I expect the same behaviour...

And for rohypnol. I guess you mean using open borders to scout another players' land prior to an invasion?


I hope nobody's worried about my archerfest. This is my first PBEM and I still have the SP habit to get defenses up ASAP for barbs and other civs.

dauphin: although none of my PBEMs is anywhere close to a war, i'm sure there is no such thing as your ROP rape in civ4. your units will be moved to the next unclaimed tile in direction of your civ.
