where to download manolo's mod which solves the "double move" problem?

I posted the same topic at civfanatics.com yesterday. Someone refered me to apolyton, thus I'll try my luck here

Once I saw a mod here which solves the double move problem in pitboss, created by a user called Manolo.

Unfortunately the download is unavailable 'cause it was provided at megaupload.com, a site which is abandoned meanwhile

does anyone know an existing link where I can download this mod from or could anyone send it to me via e-mail?
