People who are good at SP, even to the point of deity, are not necessarily good at MP That keeps things interesting in games like this

It's different against a human opponent than against the AI but those that beat the AI in a much higher difficulty level do have an edge.

Ceratinly there's some advantage to be held, but i don't think it's a huge one. A mediocre player who's played MP frequently can generally beat an excellent SP only player in MP.

If smbd want I'm really really interested in playing the RtW scenario in MP.

Only one way to gain experience mate. And once you experience multiplayer civ, single player civ dulls by comparison........
