OK - setting up the play order. Sorry - I should've asked earlier. Witt is GMT-8, I am GMT-5, Eprack will be GMT-7 soon, so we will plan on that (when is your best time to play E??), and I am not sure about Hurlyman.

For now, I can play nearly everytime in the day. From january on, I'll probably be able only to play in the evening (GMT-7).Comment

I can pretty much play anytime between the hours of 7am and 11pm Central that's -6 hours GMT. I prefer early evening but again I am very flexible.Comment

So it looks like the play order (based on GMT) would be this:
Beta (GMT-5)
Hurlyman (GMT-6)
Ephack (GMT-7)
Wittlich (GMT-8) - Who then passes it back to Beta.
If this is correct, then it looks like we have a game plan.
Beta, I take it that you will be the one to "light this puppy"? (ie, initiate the actual game)

Indeed, I will get it going shortly. Just after I take Wonder Dog to the park. Ephack - noted - will post the settings - which will be similar to what hurlyman was looking for.
And speaking of 'puppies' and Wyatt, my wonder dog, here is a pic of him as a puppy, just to keep you entertained while I get the game set up.

Cute dog Beta! The above turn configuration works for me...
I am also good with AI Civs, the extra Civs may make the game a little more interesting providing fodder and what not. I am good with what ever but prefer 6.Comment
