Considering we are on Monarch and that citizens are going to become disgruntled and refuse to work very fast, the jugs won't be very useful til they can be kept happy. Though, you'd think that grain alcohol would do that...

Hm, it's possible. I thought I sent John 3800BC last night. At least Civ4 told me it was sent. I'll send it again just to be sure. The original transmission would've been about 1935 EST on 6-Dec. Can you check, John, while I send it again? I want be sure whether Civ4 is sending the file or not.
