Automation of Turn Move Emails?

I've just started playing my first PBEM game. (I'm loving it by the way. ) But I've already messed up once by sending the wrong turn. So I'm wondering...

When I end my turn, I get a message that basically says that if I put in the email address and SMTP server, I can automatically send my turn to my opponent. However, I have found no place in the game to enter that information.

Am I missing something? I would love to automate this process somehow so I don't have to be so careful that I'm sending the right move.

there you can enter the info

It still may not work. Some manage to make it work.

Within the samegame I am playing, worked the first turn and not the second turn ?

Is it possible to add the email/smtp server information later? It would also be nice if players were able to setup/change their smtp server and email address themselves after receiving the first turn.

it's in the keyboard shortcut list in the booklet
