Unfortunately, it did not work. I am still unable to get past the password.
Apparently the problem is that they changed the password encryption so if you are trying to open any save where your password was set under the old encryption you will not be able to open the save under the new.

Well, it looks like this game is scrapped due to the update. I just got a confermation from Emperor_V that he also could not reopen an updated save.

I believe I can set up the game..although I havent yet
just never set up a game excluding anything
or is it a matter of honesty?

Actually, OCC is a checkbox in the game setup options. Heh! They made it an actual game type in CIV. All human players are limited to a single city. AI players do not share that limitation however.Comment
