Seriously, I don't have much elbow room to expand peacefully. I wanted to put a city in that area to secure the copper but you beat me to it by one turn - so I was left with little choice.
CR II axemen rock, I didn't even lose a unit. I'm willing to accept peace now - unless you want to have a few of your terrain improvements pillaged?
