This is weird, I posted a reply to this thread last night, and I swear I saw it posted, but now it is not here.

I orginally played both and because I use the send in-game feature I accedently sent the duplicated lakes turn to Grampa. Grampa played both and sent them along to P-Rex saying one was duplicated. At the same time I received the correct version of lakes last night from P-Rex and played it.

Grampa you should now have a correct Lakes currently in your in-box. If you could play the Lakes turn, and send both the lakes and Islands for 350 BC to P-Rex we should be back on-track.
