Sorry about all the delays.
I live in Ontario, Canada, but in the last 3 days have been in Michigan, New York, and (now) Indiana. A headcold has turned my sinuses into a reservoir of the most foul stuff you can imagine (and compressed to the highest possible density)... that doesn't help.
