an AI stomp is where you have a bunch of ai (computer players) and usually when 2-3 humans play all humans take on rest of world

I play it with my brother, but it often ends in a Human Stomp unless I'm the Romans with the Praets.

Let's do that. 15 AIs vs 3 of us.

I'm happy whatever the settings or whichever civ I am.

sounds interesting, although my experience shows that human civs cooperating usually means a human stomp as dauphin said. and if you turn up the difficulty a lot the AI just completely crushes us early on

but yeah sure, let's try it!

How much RAM? (DDR?)

Centrino 1.7GHz, 1GB RAM (not sure if DDR or DDR2 or something else)

but why don't we start. i plan on buying a decent desktop sooner or later and this would be a good reason to do so


by the way, can we go for "quick" game speed?

Since I enjoy one and all, anyone but Japan, had the very worse experience with them EVER in a Civ Game..it was like..like..they were mocking me...

hey, and as we'll start on a huge map, maybe we should start slightly later than ancient? something like classical or medieval?

huge map, quick game speed, classical start, 18 civs, random civs for you guys.

monarch level AI, flipping allowed, no special other rules.


last question: which map type? fractal (is random)? pangea, continents, islands?
