as already indicated a few weeks ago, i have been studying the the CFA exam. now the time is here...
so i won't be able to play any turns within the next 24 hours, nor was i able to play in the last 24 hours.

after this (and some sleep) i should be back full of energy

Me? As much as I enjoy bossing the AIs around I had nothing to do with this one. With tech trading off I don't see what gift could convince an AI to do that, and it's pretty useless anyway because they usually have no troops anywhere the border when they do accept.

I'm surprised he went after you when I'm weaker, total-troop wise, on his other border.

How was the exam?

in total power you're far ahead of all other of us non-AI players. i guess ghenghin des not distinguish between your offshore colonies and my homeland and just looks at the number of troops.

oh well, my tanks could use some experience points

oh, and the exam was ok, but not more.
while with ethics, quant analysis, portfolio management and derivatives i feel quite good now and corporate finance and fixed income analysis could suffice with some luck, i am pretty sure that financial statement accounting killed me... at that counts over a quarter

Nice! I'm in computers not finance but I used to work at a derivatives exchange, that's fairly complex stuff. Congratulations!

Mostly support for the trading platform. Working with the banking firms and learning finance was fun, but I moved on to something more development-oriented.

One thing I like these days is behavioral finance. The mob mentality in certain markets is scary.
