my votum: let corossol EARN his victory, not just by gifting it to him because you like me less.
also, he's a warmonger. he killed off ghengis, has dozens of battleships and countless panzers

my policies can be influenced.

but anyhow, i'd say, vote "neutral" and let us play it out

This turn is coming around kinda slow. I'm anxious to get into the first official round of combat after declaring war last turn and moving a small stack next to the closest Jap city....

tokugawa pretty much sucks at war. he never has a good enough economy to build decent units in a good quantity.

in warlords he's a lot more tough when his gunpowder units get 3 promotions!!!


and if it's too much for you, you could ask corossol to send over 10% of his fleet... that's still about 10 battleships or so
