    City States of Ocean PBEM

    The maximum number of civilisations on a map of islands. It will obviously be necessary to build huge fleets for this game.

    Choose Religions
    Random Personalities
    Noble
    No Technology Trading/Brokering
    Standard Map
    -tiny islands
    18 civs (That's the maximum)
    No Victory Conditions

    Three or Four Human Players

    Any suggestions and takers?

        I usually turn off victory conditions because it's frustrating when the game ends early. Especially because of legendary culture. We can use score as a victory condition.

              The no victory conditions isn't appealing to me, but I'll join.
